I made these yesterday with my Altenew flower stamps and Distress inks. I saw something similar on Pinterest.

Thankyou, friends. Debbie, I think it is the little blobs of ink on the stamp that make it look like stitching. I put the distress ink on the outside stamp direct from the pad, and used the same colour ink on an ink-blending tool to ink up the inner one. Oh, and there's some Stckles in there too!
