Thank you, everyone.
A quiet day at home with visits from
DD and DS and his family and the sales
rep from Home Depot.

I've been wanting to have my kitchen updated
a bit with refacing my cabinets and a new
countertop and tile backsplash, so DD spoke to
DH and an appointment was made as my
birthday gift, with gift cards from everyone to
defray the cost. Of course, I will still need to choose
a new wall oven, new wallpaper and flooring but my
next project is in the works. Hopefully, it won't take
as long as it took to finish the living room. AND most of the
work will be done by professionals; not me and DD.
