I'm going to be coming and going from this group beginning later this month, and for the next few months.

Now that my DH has told his company this news, I feel able to tell all of you. It's been a long 7 months of testing and chemo.

Greg will be going into the hospital on 9/12 for a bone marrow transplant. He has what was called in the past, a pre-leukemia syndrome. Today it's called MDS. If you are aware of Robin Roberts of Good Morning America, she had this a few years ago. She is doing okay, as far as I know.

So there is 3-4 weeks in hospital, and 4 - 6 weeks in temp housing near the hospital in Columbus (we live too far to travel back and forth for the many clinic visits each week.)

We know all will be well at the end of all these procedures and treatment.

As you may remember, Greg has been through a few major issues these past few years. He is like a Timex
watch, he takes a licking, and keeps on ticking...and boy, we are grateful for his resilience.
