Just to let you know I have been busy with hubby
since he is in the hospital. His diverticulitis got real
bad after we got home from FL. Then worrying about
the kids in FL during hurricane.
He always wait too long before he tells me about it.

Oh goodness Jill, so sorry about this. Sending good thoughts for his quick recovery.

Good news about the FL family.

Well the nurse got her wish
He had emergency surgery this morning
Now he will have a colostomy for 4 to 6 months

Oh gosh Jill! I am so sorry. Keep us posted on his recovery and meantime continuing healing thoughts. You get some rest too.

I hate to know why the nurse got her wish.

I hope Tom recovers from the surgery, and is able to stay healthy these next many months.

the nurse kept telling the dr that Tom was talking crazy and couldn't keep things straight.
So dr said he thought the infection was going into his brain and causing problems..
They had Tom sign the consent for surgery
If he was incoherent why was he signing papers??

Tom wanted one week of meds then come home with pills

This was only 2nd time he had a problem like this
last time it was about 7 years ago

Yikes, Jill! Scary stuff! I hope it all turns out for the best!
