Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Little Book Challenge Swap DUE 4/1
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Little Book Challenge Swap DUE 4/1
I have got a new swap for you all.
DUE IN MY HANDS APRIL 1. ANYTHING ARRIVING AFTER THIS WILL BE RETURNED.
The theme is Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
The project 3.5x4.5 little chunky book pages.
You will construct your pages using stuff you are recycling, have received in the mail, or were given to by other artists.
The challenge of this swap is to make a 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 book using ONLY ORINGAL epherema that has been received from other players.......NO PHOTOCOPIES.
This is great to use up PIF envelopes, hostess gifts received etc.
The only thing that you can use of your own is glue, brads, staples, colored pencils, sharpies, chalks, paint, stitching etc.
Ephemera can include greeting cards, maps, postage stamps, paper scraps, book pages, handwritten messages, bingo cards, envelopes, clipart, stamped images, fiber, ribbon, tickets, anything that was sent to you from other artists. Recycle, pull that label off your bottle, save that candy wrapper, open that junk mail.
You may make either 4 or 8 pages.
Use a sturdy base 3.5 x 4.5 inches. 1/2 inch along side for binding. Decorate both front and back. Make sure to sign your work someplace in it.
If you add chunk only add to the right hand side of the page so the book can be bound.
You will be binding your own books when you get your pages back
Summary
3.5x4.5 inches
4 or 8 pages--what you send you get back
decorate front & back
use only what has been given or found--not what you buy for the pages.
DUE IN MY HANDS APRIL 1
I will swap and mail back with in 3 days.
Communicate with me--need to drop fine but let me know!!!!!
mailing info---remember self addressed stamped envelope, or if reusing your envelope a mailing label & postage.
international is fine--send some local finds and I'll cover postage.

seeing as you are mostly using up things that would probably be difficult.
All pages/sides may be different.
Re: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Little Book Challenge Swap DUE 4/1
I'll join! This will give me the opportunity to use some of the great things I got in my PIF envies!

I'm going to get mine made, and I'll join in once they are ready
Seriously though, do you need to know that we are playing or can we join in whenever?
