Re: #clearthescrapdesk
This could have gone in the March Challenge as well and maybe I’ll post it there after all. No idea why the tan smudge is in the bottom left. A shadow perhaps?

Thanks Monica. We kind of adore him.
I’m almost finished with this set of supplies. I had to pull in the textured grey paper. The large striped paper on the left is the B side of the sheet with all the large stars I’ve been fussy cutting.

Re: #clearthescrapdesk
You sure are cruising through the layouts!!
I've got to watch some more videos in this class... and THEN it needs to warm up again so I can work in my scrappy room.... it's cold up there with the north winds howling through... I think I'm going to work on all my re-create photos!! I've got to re-do what I had in that cardstock book... all the adhesive is letting go... so... 12x12 layouts for those... and then 2 more years' worth of photos... yikes!!! I need to get busy!!!

Re: #clearthescrapdesk
Last night’s layout. I really like the color scheme I chose this time. It’s sort of a coral and a minty/aqua. I was surprised how much of both I had in my stash.
That’s my Mia in 2015 on her back to school day. She was 8 and I think that means year 4 in Aus? I’ll have to ask Cara tomorrow.

I had to pull some red from my stash but the rest is what I’ve been working with.

Literally my last red & white paper! Thought I would stock up at Michaels. Nothing. Looks as though they’re reducing papers by at least 50%. No reason to shop there now except for adhesives.jmp1022 wrote:that is a great layout

Re: #clearthescrapdesk
Pam - great pictures and layouts - I loved just looking through them.
Re: #clearthescrapdesk
I know y’all are getting sick of seeing these layouts but it feels so good to use so many supplies and, at the same time, get so many older photos scrapbooked.

Re: #clearthescrapdesk
Nope, not sick of them at all, jealous, yes, I’ve been way too lazy lately.
Re: #clearthescrapdesk
The orange paper works "brilliantly " with your photos. We visited lots of dams and hydroelectric plants in Scotland and it's always difficult to find suitable accompaniments for the misty day photos.

We tend to travel in the fall. It’s seems to skies are the perfect blue or ugly grey. I’ve held onto this paper for years thinking I would cut it into stripes. Nope - used it all!
