Final count down

Post by pamcook »

So, I’ve been hesitant to post this announcement. Didn’t want to jinx anything.
Our boss retires tomorrow. Just returned from the party.
I will celebrate tomorrow. Big time!

For a long time! The past 10 years have been extremely difficult.

Thanks everyone. You'll have to forgive Cheryl Henderson and me if we get a bit silly about it all! She escaped but not without scars.
I feel like I've just walked through a lion's den after leaving the party. Never thought I'd have this physical reaction!

Yay for you Pam.

I hope the replacement is a nice one. Were people swinging from the lights in celebration?

You can’t imagine how stuffy. The had a cake and nothing to drink. Not even water. And it was at lunch time. It was painful.

Good things come to those who wait; judging by how long you've been waiting, I'm hoping those things are very good! Hmmm, the party sounds like it perfectly fit the guest of honour.
