4th of July - Let's Celebrate!

Anyone interested in a 4th of July/Patriotic card swap?? Let's celebrate the country that we are fortunate enough to live in! If you live outside the U.S., please celebrate your home country with us!!

After fighting with my Silhouette machine for quite a while this morning, I eventually managed to get my card designed and the elements cut for several cards.

Years ago, Club Scrap made a patriotic kit (I think it was a special release). It had a flag print vellum and some heavy, kind of distressed looking, shiny red cardstock. I love that red paper and am using my last piece. If anyone knows where I can get more, please let me know. There was also another red - heavy, leather-like that I just have scraps of. I'd love to get my hands on more of that, also.

I am still on CS's mailing list, though not a member. I used my birthday discount to order the Firecracker kit from last June. Might be something in there to help me out with this swap. ;)
