Thanks for asking, Pam! Today is the last of the 5 days of the IV IG infusions. Each day he has shown some improvement either in range of motion, less aches and pains or more relaxed muscles. He can now reach up to the top shelf of the kitchen cabinets to put something away or pick it up, he couldn't do that before. Simple things we all take for granted.

This morning on our walk around the block, I carried the cane  and he walked at a much more normal pace.

And today is our 44th anniversary! This has probably been the most stressful year out of the 44 but we are optimistic now.

Wow Marianne that is fantastic. Bob and I are so pleased for you both. I hope YOU are doing alright too.

And wow...44 years! Congratulations! I always love hearing about successful relationships. You two really have been through the mill of late and have come out the other side in one piece. I hope now you can concentrate on your upcoming move and enjoy the adventures ahead.

That's great, Jill, that your Dr. is willing to try different things. That's how it should be, no one knows your health like you do.

Thanks, Farley! We are looking forward to the trip to OZ next week. It will be a real test for Ray but if he can walk on his beloved jetty, it will do him a lot of good. We're going to visit our apartment and do some measuring and inspect everything especially in the kitchen since we bought it fully furnished. No decent coffee maker there, of course!

I finally got the photos of our trip to OZ from Ray's camera. We've only been back for 10 days but it seems ages.

We were able to go to our apartment with the manager and measure rooms, closets, etc and take a lot of photos. I'll spare you interiors of closets but here are a few.

On our balcony

The view without us in the way. There are three islands out there, little tiny Round Island, a bigger one named Big Woody Island and in the distance, Fraser Island, the world's largest sand island.

Lookin' good - and the view's not too shabby, either! I can't wait to see more.
