New color swatches and sketches plus a few additional elements. Go make some cards!



CARD ELEMENTS:
1. Choose one of the below color swatches (be sure to note which one you chose in your post)
2. Embossing powder
3. Glitter (if it’s in the embossing powder, that counts as 2 items!)
4. Choose one of the sketches below: Obi, Cluster or Panels
5. Focal point is a word die or word stamp (words from a digital cutter accepted and encouraged)
6. Embossing Folder
7. Ink blended backgrounds
8. Die cut images (digitally cut images accepted and encouraged)
9. Create a decorated envelope that coordinates with your card (Extra point)
10. Washi tape
11. Jewels
12. Stickers or alpha stickers
13. Put a Bird On It!
14. Stencils
15. Multi-folding cards.
16. Metallics...paper, doodads
17. 3-D cards
18. Sprays
19. Alcohol inks
20. Masculine cards

21. Background stamp
22. Cover plate die
23. Tags as focal point
24. Animal characters...cute or arty

Points:

Each newly made card with one or less element 1 pt
Any newly made card with 2 elements from list 2 pts
Any newly made card with 3 or more elements from list 3 pts
Post a card a day (31) or a total of 31 cards by end of
October. 31pts
Create a custom envelope for a specific card. 1pt

Good morning! Hope you’re all having a great crafty weekend. I’ve been Gemini Jr-ing like a maniac, LOL.

Today’s Day 13 card: I used a background stamp, WOW glitter embossing powder in CP Sage for the sentiment and die cuts.

I had totally put this in the wrong thread. This is George's birthday card this year. The chrome does have some shine - it just doesn't show up on the scan.

A die that covers the whole front of the card. Usually an A2 size die or just a little bit smaller. Some of mine are 4.25 X 5.5 and others are 4 X 5.25.

My Day 14 card is done. I’m also participating in a color challenge over on Catherine Pooler’s Stamp Nation so this card reflects a different color swatch plus all CP stamps, dies and inks...not that much of my challenges...but it is a card, LOL.

And I really like the die cut flowers and birds, of course, Farley! I'm thinking I need a die that cuts and maybe stamps different flower shapes. I know, this could be dangerous for someone downsizing!

There are so many sets to choose from Marianne. You might like Altenew’s flowers. They probably have more flower choices than any other stamp company and they are gorgeous. Pricey but gorgeous.

Day 15 card. Background stamp and glittery Stickles...attempt at snowflakes but it just blobbed out. Also Nuvo glitter on big trees.

I really like that tree stamp - I can image different ways to use it.

14 card fronts using the red & green color board. Now to stamp sentiments and put them together.
