More Disney pages
Re: More Disney pages
Great pages and I love the dole whip too
Re: More Disney pages
Great idea to go neutral with your products. There's enough interest in the paper textures without overwhelming your (great) photos. Go Monica! You're making so much progress!

Love the photos of you and your mom!
Re: More Disney pages
More for the album! I'm doing a 3 week long INSD at Disney Scrappers (we just started week two), and these are from that. The first one was a sketch challenge of our lunch at Plaza Inn, located at the end of Main Street. The second is Stormtroopers walking around Tomorrowland, which doesn't happen now that they opened Star Wars land. And the third is our meet & greet with Rey, one of my character list check-offs.

I am amazed at the embellishments you keep coming up with for your pages! I love this group, but especially the Plaza lunch LO.
Re: More Disney pages
These layouts keep making me want to make a trip to Florida... in the future... I'd love to see all the fun Disney and Universal stuff.

Thank you all!
Pam P... the vintage Disney ephemera is scanned pictures of someone's collection she sells on etsy. Cost me under $5 for three full pages of ephemera that I can enlarge or shrink to fit my needs. I love the vintage of it all! And the flags on the bunting are washi tape... lol. Total cheat!

Re: More Disney pages
Great idea to get the vintage ephemera from Etsy. Looking closer at the Plaza Lunch page I recognize the yellow and red fireworks papers; I have them in my Disney album as well. Do they even sell scrapbooking kits at the parks anymore?Monica wrote:Thank you all!

Re: More Disney pages
I didn’t see any Scrapbooking stuff when I was there last 4-ish years ago. I regrets not buying any of the Disney cruise scrapbook supplies when I had the chance.

Good eye! Yep, those were part of a paper pack from years ago! In recent years, not to my knowledge, at least not at Disneyland, but bear in mind I haven't been for 2 years so I may not be accurate. They've not had paper punches or deco scissors for years, that I know for sure. On the cruise ship I picked up a paper pack and album that were specific to the Disney Cruise line, but I don't remember anything at WDW... although I wasn't actually looking there either.Keitha wrote:Great idea to get the vintage ephemera from Etsy. Re: More Disney pages
One for today... I tried many different embellishments but in the end decided that using black foam Thickers over Darth's name was a much embellishment as it needed. Darth Vader was the last on my bucket ist of regular Star Wars character meet & greets.

He's not the warm & fuzzy guy, is he?
I like the thickers over the image. Good idea!
