Here you go, Pam! TWO people identified it on my local Modern Bee group. It's called Carnival Time in some places and Flying Saucer in other books. And here is the pattern at Quilters Cache, a great source of quilt blocks.

Pam my grand daughter-in-law has some Stallards in her family. I’ll check them out later.
I did Ancestry & FTDNA tests.

Strangely enough, my DNA test backed up all of my research. Ancestry is still refining their tests so the Irish and Scandinavian markers are finally showing up for me. I'm seriously considering taking the 23 and Me test as they seem to look at more markers.
