Antelope Canyon-The Rose

Ok, prepare to be bombarded with pages of Antelope Canyon. The photo is what the guides call “The Rose”, that place is so beautiful it’s hard to capture the beauty on a camera. I took over 200 photos each in the Upper and Lower Canyons. Gods handiwork for our enjoyment. I had several of my photos printed on metal and they are stunningly beautiful.

Antelope Canyon is a slot Canyon. They have a metal staircase entering and exiting the canyon, once you are inside it’s a flat sandy walking surface. With these amazing swirly walls, so beautiful. The best time to go is noon because the sun coming in the canyon makes all hues, purple, red, yellow. If you want the noon tour they are sold out months in advance. People from all over the world come to see it. When we were there our tour was at 1:30 and the sun was great then too. Caitlin and I
were the only Americans in our group. The rest were from Singapore.
