Challenge #9 LO Reveal

It's amazing the things you find when you're cleaning up your happy place. These are some of the first photos we took with my "serious" camera. While George and I argue about the year, we both remember the day. There is a scribbled border on the left side - for whatever reason my stupid scanner doesn't recognize that side of anything!

Clifford is my friend! The boys insisted that I hold their toys, so they went around the room collecting and delivering them to me.

I was inspired to use the L shaped design but cut strips to line up and form the horizontal strip.

Gwen, you did a great job of making your page your own even though I can see what inspired you.

This was fun! I went a little crazy with embellishments. Channeled my inner Pam C.

I added an extra photo in place of Debi's paper with all the dogs on, and put the long strip along the bottom, instead of down the right side. I made a cluster of my embellishments, rather than scattering them around the layout.
The page turned out rather grey, but it was a really wet day in Chamonix. The statues are commemorating the mountaineers who first reached the top of Mont Blanc.

Kathryn, I could look at that photo of Mount Blanc for days. I really like your embellishment cluster.

I really like the strips for the horizontal piece. And those photos of the Alps are gorgeous.

I was inspired by the slate blue color of Kathryn's page. I thought it kind of matched the color of the creek above the little waterfall. This is the creek that borders our property. (I had a really hard time getting a decent photo of this page).
Scribble borders also seem to be a theme this time around.

Debi, another great puppy page.
Pam, another great page. You've got a lot going on there, but the photos still stand out.
Gwen, love it. And your controller embellishment is perfect.
Pam, perfect colors to highlight the photos. And, it made me giggle
