Scraplift Round 16 Reveal!
Scraplift Round 16 Reveal!
I chose this one because it used three 3x4 photos instead of my usual 4x6 prints. I can’t wait to see how it changes.

This is one of those pages that comes together very, very quickly. I kept looking at it and thinking "am I really finished already?"

Very nice Pam! I like everything going on here, including the 3x4 photos. I recognize your signature layered look, but am curious if you started with a sketch or more of a go-to layout design, if that makes sense?

It does get different as it goes along
but not really, maybe a little turn here
or there

yes it really changes
Re: Scraplift Round 16 Reveal!
I honestly don't like sketches - but I still use them quite a bit. Especially after this current Shimelle class. I feel like I have a better understanding of how to use them more effectively. I much prefer to look at a completed page and get ideas from that page. This one could have been either. I should look in my pinterest to see if I can find which one I used for inspiration. I feel like it was a completed page. If I can find it, I'll post it.Keitha wrote:Very nice Pam! I like everything going on here, including the 3x4 photos. Surprise - it was a Shimelle page.

Re: Scraplift Round 16 Reveal!
So I couldn’t find portrait style photos so I grabbed the landscape ones that I was ready to use anyway! And then I turned the layout design on its side.

Re: Scraplift Round 16 Reveal!
I stayed with the three photos, but turned the page on its side (going back to its roots, it seems).
