Scraplift someone on this thread.

You can choose one, two, or three or combine any of the three choices to make your page.

Oh, I love these colors. Beiges with a touch of light aqua is always a winner. I’ll see how to incorporate this in a card.

This reminds me of my great aunt Bernice (she pronounced it Burnace, like furnace:) who at the age of 99 was still tinting her hair beige and wore beige pretty much exclusively. We called her a Study in Beige. She was a big influence on my mom and how she dressed which was always perfect. They both worked in fashion related careers. They were both a hard act to follow, LOL.

Pam I know what you’re thinking...I should do a LO on the two of them. I may have a photo of them together. Meanwhile a card. :D

Great mood board Pam - it instantly made me think hygge. May I ask where it came from?

Farley - I second Pam's in-your-head suggestion to do a LO about your great aunt Bernice and your Mom; what a great story.

I found the mood board on Pinterest - I searched "autumnal mood board" and that's one of my favorites.

Yes Farley! What a great memory to record. :happy94:

Nancie, I'll look to see what I can find but everyone else, please feel free to post a favorite card sketch in this thread. My first thought would be to use the scrapbook sketch I posted and rotate it 90 degrees (I should have mentioned that's a sketch from Shimelle).

Nancie I posted my monthly October 2020 card challenge but it isn't a card sketch. It does show my sample which could be used for a sketch. It's a technique challenge using simple masking which I plan on using for this challenge too.

Nancie, here’s a card I made using the page sketch and Halloween supplies.

Pam, I LOVE the layout with you & Joel!

I have a question about it...did you use a Spirograph for the circles?

This is based on a card I saw at Lime Doodle Designs (June, 2019). Sadly, I may need a couple of sympathy cards in the not too distant future.

Sue - that is a lovely card and the colors are so soothing.

The current issue of scrapbook & cards today has a great collection of slimline cards featured. Their magazine can be viewed online for free.
