new to you: product, technique, format
Re: new to you: product, technique, format
I have decided to send the Cricut foil tips back. I was not happy after several tries and different papers and tips. Foil rubbed off on some of my samples. Good idea, but not perfect.

Such a shame the quality wasn’t there; the concept is great. As with the evolution of their machines, perhaps this, too, will improve. Thank you for sharing!

I just watched a Unity Stamp Company video using the deco foil duo medium with sentiment stamp. Worked perfect. This was run through a laminator.

I'm trying to get re acquainted to my Silhouette.
I sold or gave away all cricut stuff. Machine would not cut.
gave all images to my girls.

That would be something I would be willing to invest in. Amazon's laminator is about $25 so not a bad cost if it works. THat's the one Cassie Trask uses and recommends.

That’s a way cool video! I’m off to buy some white pigment ink!

Well. That wasn't one of the videos I watched yesterday - where I was perfectly happy with the thought of going home and pulling out various supplies from my stash to play with. Then you had to go and post this; I cannot watch a Jennifer McGuire video without wanting to buy at least one thing. In this case I think it'll be more... At least I already own a laminator, LOL.pamcook wrote:Is this what y’all are talking about?

Now I can use that box of laminate sheets for something other than the obvious!

That was a super video and yes, now I need that laminator and will have to investigate her recommendations for white pigment ink.
Tanks Pam... At least for once I’m not the enabler!

I'll have to finish the video because I have a laminator.
