Copic Kitties With Coffee

I haven’t done much coloring like this in quite awhile. I used Copics and Nuvo alcohol markers for the Newton’s Nook stamp. I made them all Siamese cats, LOL. No I don’t have a cat but years ago I did have three. Meow.

Yes I took a long time coloring this yesterday but it was a good way to spend time waiting for my brother and his family to arrive. I admire those who can color all the time. But that would not be me. LOL Once in awhile I really enjoy it. Also a good way to check on alcohol markers that have dried up. Some have probably from neglect.

Wow! You did a great job with coloring this. I swear I can watch video after video on Copic coloring and have no idea how to do it. LOL

Gwen note that other than the kitty faces which was very easy, I did not do any other blending...just straight out plain coloring of the cups so it was a no brainer for me. Adding a little white gel pen for highlights gave it a bit more dimension, maybe.

The kittens look like one Mike and I rescued this weekend. It's currently at a vet's office - has some issue with one of its back legs... and was severely dehydrated and malnourished... so.. hoping it makes it and hoping they get it all fixed up so it can be adopted. It was hiding under the ramp at our front steps. But it's experiencing love these days

Oh she is so cute poor thing. I have a soft spot for grays. Debi and Mike to the rescue...hope she finds a loving home.
