My mother swore for years of the benefits of fish oil, so I took it for decades. Am convinced that's why I hardly ever, ever got so much as a cold. In the past year on my doctor's recommendation I've switched to taking Vitamin D; in this climate it's just not possible to spend enough time outside in the sun all year.

My brother is worse today. Oxygen level dropped all night. Up slightly after a breathing treatment this morning. I’m afraid he’s going to end up in a ventilator today.
He’s refusing to go to the ED. His wife knows when to call EMS.

Oh Pam I’m just so sorry that your brother is so ill. You and the family have my continuing best thoughts for a good recovery. D

He’s being admitted. Thankfully his cousin’s daughter works on the Covid unit and his son works there in radiology. We’ll be able to get information on his condition until he’s well enough to communicate.
