Happy Turkey Day!! (Or dinner of your choice)

Ours is in the oven, so we can rest for a while and savor the aroma!!

I'm thankful my friends and family are safe this year. Hope you're all enjoying the day at home!!

Big hugs!!

Same to you and Mike!

We’re in that post-dinner fog right now. Everyone to their respective corners and I haven’t even put away the leftovers yet.

Our leftovers are put away!! I'm thankful for that too!

Taking tomorrow off so we can work in the scrapbook room. The subfloor and joists are fixed. Advantek flooring and headboard walls tomorrow!! Then we out the base cabinets in and the countertop wood.

Then I can put things back in the room and make Christmas cards!!

Happy Thanksgiving a day late! I made way too much food that I took with me. My vegan dishes mixed well with the turkey, potatoes and stuffing that our hostess prepared. I was home by 6 pm, exhausted after two days of cooking and after a fast put away of leftovers I had my PJs on, a glass of wine and watched an assortment of TV. It was a nice afternoon with Leigh Ann’s parents. I made it through it! Now to get the decorations out and up this weekend. But first it’s a gorgeous chilly day...perfect for some soul soothing birding.

Enjoy your Friday and any Black Friday shopping. :D
