These swipes are dry. I Hope you can see how gorgeous they are. Top to bottom - Mermaid Sparkle (what else would you call this?!), Chest of Gold, and Night Shadow.

I had to show you the napkin I used to wipe my brush after rinsing it. All that shimmer!
