One more Happy Mail card for the stash. Yes, it’s a foiled card.

I decided to take this challenge in a different direction. I have a friend who just started scrapbooking last year; she's documenting a bucket list safari trip to South Africa. I decided to go trolling in my stash and am sending happy mail that's bits and pieces she could use in her scrapbook. It amuses me to send her some vintage supplies LOL, like some leftover Karen Foster stickers, old chipboard frames, and envelopes I made from ancient Making Memories animal print paper. I've included a few journal cards from Graphic 45's Safari Adventure collection, a few enamel dots, a couple of flowers and some ribbon, and some shaped paper clips - I've no idea how old that elephant is, but as her favourite animal I couldn't not include it. I found a writing pad tucked away with a zebra on the page; I'll write her note on that. All will be escorted by Winifred and Gertrude - two of the Tim Holtz colorize die-cuts.

I love all the cards everyone is creating. Keitha, what a wonderful thing to do for your friend. And I love that you included Winifred and Gertrude. I can't tell you how many times I've come thisclose to ordering those dies, but just couldn't see myself using them more than once or twice. Maybe I'll cave one of these days. Right now I'm trying to convince myself that I don't need Oliver, his new Easter bunny. Adorable!

Here are some Valentine cards I made this weekend. All are Silhouette Cameo cut files.

Keitha this is an outstanding idea. Your friend will go wild over this collection, LOL.

Sue, super cute cards. They will make the recipients smile big...they did me.

I’m finding just making happy cards is a cheerful thing to do. Sending them out and getting feedback is wonderful. This is Preston. Who can’t resist a coffee drinking owl? I couldn’t. I sent this to an old friend who is having a rough time with hubby in hospital. She loved it.

What a great card!

I need to pull out the rest of those washi strips and use them to make more cards.

Just a silly little hello card. I used Poppy Stamps Raining Frame and a Silhouette frog.
