Yes, it is. I can’t begin to guess when or where I bought them.

I am late to this party, but I love the idea. Beki, my fav is the one with cardinals. The paper you used for the snow is perfect. I will have to try bv this.

So, I’m sitting here laughing at myself. I wanted to do this challenge and was excited that I found my two slimline dies. And then I found some slimline card bases from an ancient Club Scrap kit and thought this would be great for the slimline card challenge. I grabbed scraps cuz I remembered we should use scraps.

Totally forgot this was the Christmas challenge.

I finished this one tonight. I’m going to do the other few tomorrow. Along with some other challenges!!

Hey, Judy! It’s never too late! Please DO give it a try and show us what you did, ANYtime.

I have to laugh about that cardinal card...it was quite the evolution, as most of the samples were since I wanted to use my abundant stash of scraps. After I made it, somehow it just wasn’t right; it sat to the side as I made others, just sitting there. I would glance at it periodically and contemplate what it needed, until that “Ah-HA” moment when the cardinals flew to their perches! See! It’s never too late! ;)

Great card, Debi! As I began seeing more & more slimline cards, I remembered all those from Club Scrap before they were a fad. I need to go through the stashed away card kits and separate them into colors as I did the papers; They’d stand a better chance of being used that way!

I can’t wait to see what else you make!

Other challenges? Yeah, I’m deep in [hopefully] finally finishing some Chinese New Year cards my boss’ wife wanted...for which a stamp set I ordered was delayed in the mail but FINALLY arrived yesterday.

It’s a very pretty card Debi. You know how we feel about “rules” - they’re made to be broken!

The card on the left used white scraps. It’s also one of my examples for the March challenge.

I turned my "slimline" cards vertically. They are 6 x 6.5 folded in half to fit some envelopes I have. The cutouts are all Pink Fresh as are the presents I posted in Kathryn's challenge.
