Re: Michigan photos
We visited the Munising Falls on the way to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore Park. It was an easy hike and beautiful setting. The photo doesn’t show as much water as it actually was.

We spent the night here and directly across the street from a Big Boys restaurant was this little gem. Beautiful evening and we walked the beach. Our poor rental car was full of sand by the time this trip was over and they don’t provide floor mats because of people who steal them. We visited with a local lady for 1/2 hour who provided the history of this place for us. Love those encounters.

Re: Michigan photos
Nicely done! That first one has such a different vibe from the other two, but they're all great.

. We were up there having a mini family reunion. We actually stayed in Harbor Springs, but my sister is camping in Petoskey for the month of August, and that was our base as she was right on the water!!

That sounds like fun Pat! We just walked around downtown and got some stones. It’s a beautiful place. We drove there from Traverse City and stopped in several towns on the way. Stopped at Tom’s Mom’s cookies! Yummy!

I always love to get back to my home state! I am originally from Dearborn, but have a LOVE of being up north in Michigan! So much better than the corn fields around here.

Re: Michigan photos
What great photos and fun memories! I love the mushroom houses especially, as I always thought Hobbits had the neatest idea for housing.
