Recent Birthday Cards

Masculine cards are always a challenge for me. Sometimes it seems the universe if working against you when you actually try, though.

The first card was a comedy of errors…mostly because I ordered the stamps without verifying their size, then had to get creative because I had no more time…I suppose that was my fault & not the universe’s, though…sigh.

In the end, my son was very happy & showed his wie in front of me, stopping short of saying “Na-na-na-née-na-nah”.

This one DID work against me…I never could get my MacBook to communicate with my Maker, so I ended up using my phone…gah.

Great cards, Beki. I like how you made the larger stamps work on the first card.
I actually have an extra set of the Tim Holtz birthday stamps in the smaller size (slightly used) that I would be glad to send you. I'm going to the post office tomorrow. Just say the word and I will pack them up for you.

They’re outstanding and I love every single detail.

I have similar TH stamps and never know what to do with them. They have permanent residence in my stamp stash though. However, one of my brothers has a birthday in April. If I start now…
