Good news ladies. I finally have a contract for the Sea Sprite. Depending on the number staying at the 7-bedroom residence, the cost will be between $415 (for 6 which we had last year) and $311 for 8, price will be adjusted depending on attendance. The price is a lot less than we paid last year and I want to give a great big shoutout to Mike and Debi for letting the home owners know how wonderful we are that they gave us a discount.
$150 (non refundable) deposit will hold your spot. You can use PayPal mcguiree224@gmail.com or mail a check to Eva McGuire 600 Commerce Street, Bluefield, WV 24701.
Check in time is 4:00 pm on 5/21 and check out is 10:00 am May 28. Linens are NOT provided but we are checking into our options. Once we get a price, we can determine if this is something we want to do.
Travel Insurance is also NOT included. I will check on that as well, which will increase the price. The homeowners are renting the space on their own and not going through a reality company.
