Not sure if anyone is familiar with the practice of cruising ducks; there's plenty of info online if you're curious. My ducks have been patiently waiting in a cupboard since my aborted cruise at the start of the pandemic; the destination was The Bahamas - which is why I chose flamingos, their national bird. Now I'm about to set sail again, leaving Sunday on an Eastern Caribbean cruise. One of our stops is the Bahamas; good thing, as I doubt I'd find bananaquit ducks or pelican ducks, which are the national birds of the other islands I'm visiting, LOL. Figured as I pulled out some old fibres from my scrapbook stash that it was fair game (like my pun?) to post this here.

How fun! First time I've seen flamingo ducks, but what a great idea.
