Supplies
tissue paper (recycle from all those Christmas gifts )
Gel Medium
small paintbrush
acrylic paint in whatever colors you like.
cardstock/chipboard for base
apply gel medium to your base.
cover with layer of tissue paper & smooth
add more gel medium and another layer of tissue paper, add more if desired make layers & wrinkles to add interest
add your paint, this can be done before the gel medium dries or after
while it is still wet you can also sprinkle fine glitter etc onto the top.

Here's an ATC I made with the technique and also a canvas. I made them last year, not in specific response to the challenge but thought I'd share anyway. I have another canvas, but the files too big to attach directly. I'll see if I can grab it another way.

I was working on this last weekend and finally finished it. It needs something but the strain on my brain is too much after a huge Panthers loss. LOL.
