Thank you - the bad news is that even though I made the first cut on the creative team application, I did not make the final grade. The owner did send me a really nice email (personally) and said that I should definitely try again in 6 months when it opens up again. So I think that I will be doing that.

Thank you so much. It took about 2 hours to get this right - I had all kinds of issues with the layers and then resizing it to appropriate format was a pain. Glad you all like it.
