I honestly don't remember all the digi elements used here. I know the ribbon is from Club Scrap Study in Red and recolored blue. The sparkles are from the brush set from Club Scrap Sparkles. The photo frame is from Disney. The blue background, I believe, I color matched from the photo. I think Tink is some clip art or it came that way from Disney.
