Some Fred Mullet cards
Some Fred Mullet cards
Used a variety of stamping, embossing and painting techniques on these cards. Most made with my new fish stamps from Fred Mullet. .. plus some fossils thrown in there. Used the Artifacts Clubstamp project as the base for them.

gorgeous Rinda!! I don't own any Fred Mullett, but have always admired them.
Re: Some Fred Mullet cards
Very cool, Rinda! Love the colors and the stamps!
Re: Some Fred Mullet cards
Great cards........I don't have any fishy stamps.......I do like the colors you used.
Re: Some Fred Mullet cards
Wonderful cards, Rinda. How did you do the one with the Fossils stamp. That is one of my favorites and I use it a lot. How did you get the script to be all one color but have several colors on the nautiluses (is that the plural)?
Re: Some Fred Mullet cards
Wow! I need to get that big Fossils stamp out and play with it now... and I love those Fred Mullett stamps.

It was very easy. I simply "colored" the rubber using the corner of an adirondacks ink pad. I think I started with the script and dabbed rust on it. I then dabbed blues & greens on the shells. I spritzed water onto the stamp (a gentle mist) and stamped it. Tim Holtz calls it "brushless watercolor." I think he features it as a project on his blog.
