Checking in from Madrid.....

Having a great time here. Yesterday we saw the Plaza del Sol and the Plaza Mayor and did a bunch of walking around and shopping. Had a great dinner at an out of the way resturant. Today we leave in a few minutes for the MAdrid City Tour and we get to see and tour the Royal Palace plus lot os other city sites. This afternoon we will spend at the Prado and this evening a dinner of Tapas. Tomorrow on to Seville and we spend 2 days there.

Sounds fantastic! We went to Spain about 20 years ago . . . spent 3 weeks, and it's still a highlight of our travels.

Wish I could have sent Chris with you - he's an El Cid fanatic and would have loved seeing Spain. Have a great time, post photos when you can, but most of all - have a great time!
