Box o' Written Word

Post by julierealtor »

Made from the directions in the Jubilee Scrap Rap..the box and all papers are from the Written Word. The directions say you can whip this project up in an hour...NSM.

Nice....
I'm going to have to check the instructions out,
haven't read the Rap yet.
These are wonderful and what a nice gift they would make.

How long did it really take?

Thanks Elizabeth...the box took 1/2 hr...the cards longer because I inked, stamped and embossed myself...probably 2 hrs for the cards. If I had used CS die cuts, etc..you probably could do this in an hour...or close. I could probably do these boxes in about 15 minutes now after having done the first one. It really is a very useful project if you're a cardmaker.

Those are beautiful! I would bet that the quality of your cards are light years better than any you could "whip up in an hour".
(I gave up speed-crafting years ago.)
Really - your cards are spectacular!

Julie they are wonderful! I love that paper and have gotten some of it. I have been hoarding what I do have. Now I'll need to pull it out also.

So, I'm not the only WW hoarder   let's see, that was released in 2005 I think and it is now 2010. I've told myself that this is the year to USE my stuff up! I honestly don't have any more room to store paper and that's the truth. I have very limited space left to store any more rubber either...So I am breaking out my stash and using this year...of course, so I can buy more :greenbounce:

Using up paper is what I'm trying to do now myself. I have a PB full of layouts that need the finishing touches. The photos are on but that is as far as I've gotten.
