Julie, did you try going into your digi account at CS and looking to see if your password is in the upper right corner of your current digital purchase? I never even look for an email with the password anymore; I just go to my digi account and look for it to pop up on my current purchase.

I finally got my e-mail about an hour ago. The password link wasn't available for May as of last night. But they must have resolved whatever issue it was, because it doesn't appear that I was charged, even though I got the declined notice yesterday. It was all just strange, but I'm going to download it now...

Yeah, got the files downloaded, and they won't extract. Three different extraction programs are telling me the files are corrupt. I think I'm not meant to have this kit. :lol:
