action layout
action layout
done for a challenge I am hosting for Jan over at Swirlydoos.
Photo needs to be an action shot.
For my layout I used a acrylic piece for the background to really emphasize the photo
other 2 requirements are use Chipboard (the numbers, painted and run through cuttlebug) and acrylic paint (I outlined the piece but also watered down black paint and splattered it across the acrylic piece)

I've had this piece for months and was kind of scared to use it. But then this photo has been sitting on my desk for a while as well. I love her braid in the air and the blurry feet.

That child has got some thick hair! Love the LO - the acrylic is interesting.
Re: action layout
You're braver than I am. Acrylic is such a challenging medium. But you rocked it!
Re: action layout
That is fantastic! I love a good action shot, and you've showcased this one beautifully.

Great picture and layout Christy - I love the bit of black on the background - it really adds to the picture.
