Thanks girls for all the kind comments...I'm sure my GF will love it, if only because I made it for her. You know we all have different taste....I love this wired book concept and thinking something really vintage/eclectic would be very cool...as soon as I find the 'master' cutting sheet! Really...it took me 2 weeks to get this baby sewn together. I know you're laughing Rachelle....who kindly offered me suggestions... (she had hers together in like, 10 minutes I thnk).

This is the Godiva Chocolate box I altered to hold this book. I think I've hoarded this box since last Christmas...it was covered in a bronze foil paper. I did some clear embossing of some of the Cypress stamps on the front prior to painting the box and then sanded some of the paint off...I don't think you can see this is in the pic though. TFL
