Altered Canvas
Altered Canvas
So I was just a tad bored over the weekend, and started painting on a canvas. The only thing that kept going through my mind was---don't think, just create! I did find that I thought about what I was doing way too much! The more that I started playing, the more fun I had. Thanks for looking. I had trouble with writing the words on canvas and using the same pressure. I guess it takes a lot of practice. I did sew on the ribbon, and added a ton of fibers to the nest. That was the fun part!

Re: Alered Canvas
Oh, what a great quote with the bird and the nest.
I'm curious about the white things on the branches. Did you make them, are they beads? or???

Thanks guys! Marianne, it is from a Recollections (Michaels) package. They were adhered to the branches, I think it is supposed to resemble a pussy willow. I thought it just looked neat!
