NEW limited edition Distress inks!!!

Post by Monica »

Check out Tim's blog and leave a comment for your chance to win! I used these as my reason to do an order from OWSE (thanks, Sharon) for the new Distress Stains and these inks... can't wait to receive my goodies! Had to order an extra set for my mom.... I know she'll want them as well. The only bummer is that they won't have reinkers for them, which is a shame, but NEW INKS!!! .... did I mention that?? :greenbounce: :greenbounce: :greenbounce: :greenbounce: :greenbounce:

I'm sorely tempted, but honestly? Why do I need more ink? I'm not using what I have.

Please note - the above was written by my better nature. A devil is sitting on my other shoulder.

Nice to know I'm not the only one with that split personality....   I was being really good, not ordering more Stains even though I really wanted them, but I so love my Distress inks! I'm actually thinking of thinning out most of the other inks I have because of this. Between the CS hybrids and the Distress inks, I seldom use the vast majority of ink pads I have and I could use the space for more hoarding, I mean STORAGE, space......

I probably do use my Distress Inks more than any of my supplies. Oh yes, I can justify this...

I can always justify trying to win free inks! Especially those, love the colors! Love that brown, it's in between the other 2, perfect....

I love my Distress Inks, Hybrids from CS... and now I'm loving Stampin' Up's inks.... yikes... I think I'm going to have to thin out my others as well... :)

This set is called seasonal, you can bet your
bottom dollar that there will a winter seasonal set,
but what colors will they be, the blues of snow and
ice or the reds and greens of santa season. LOL

I would really like to see some great red & greens, but blue wouldn't be bad either.

Tried to order from OWSE, but found out that the Yahoo group has my old email addy and won't update my new one for some reason. :( Might have to try and get a new email addy to sign up.

Dang - Ranger is already out of stock. I hope that doesn't mean "gone" - I hope it just means their production abilities can't keep up with our need to hoard distress inks!

These colors look very similar to the Adirondack Brights line...which I already own. Funny, I just used these colors in a Halloween project this week. Although, they are not distress inks. Different application for me.

GRRRRR
:angry42:
Ranger better do something to salvage their reputation quickly. Very sleazy to sell out to the big box stores before announcing their availability to the small stores.
Very sleazy.
Yes, I fired off a letter to Ranger. No, I wouldn't buy them from a big box store now if they were the last inks on the earth.
