Need a photo edited-can someone help

I have a photo that I need edited. I know that there are several people out here that are very talented at doing that.
I would like the background cleaned up, as in removing the ceiling fans, disco ball etc.
If any body wants to take a shot at it, I can email you a larger formated copy of this photo. thanks for the help.

The best I would be able to do would be to blur it out, not remove it.

I want to think all the ladies that helped me on this editing. Kathryn, Marianne and Elizabeth all did an awesome job. I hope that one day I can have the time to learn how to do this. Thanks again ladies!!
