I did the ALSB of 'Memoirs' this week and (because I am extremely frugal with CS paper) I ended up with a couple of extra pieces and decided to mix them with a piece of butterfly paper from my stash. When I started to clean up my desk I decided to use the scraps to make a couple of cards. TFL!

Although I didn't do these I thought you might find them interesting. These 'planes' were hung from the ceiling on the cruise ship. Somebody else decided to do a take off on Michaelangelo.

Okay - I did 26 sports pages this week over at the CS Big Board. I'm so happy to be caught up with those! None really fit the macro challenge, but I'll share this one b/c it has some nice atmosphere shots (ratherr than all action shots) . . . especially the boys at the fence and the watertower.

Here's another page from our Austria 2009 trip. We weren't horseback riding, but we did see some horses and deer when we went for a walk in the woods. The path had information boards along the way showing the wildlife we might encounter and the different flowers and trees.

A big "thankyou" to Rachelle for sharing her "watercolour-pencils-and-stencils" cards last week. She really inspired me to have a go. I had fun playing in the puddles, and then used the stencil again with a glitter gel pen when things had dried off.

The weather cleared yesterday evening and we saw these lovely clouds from the front of our house. I waited to see if they turned pink in the sunset, but no luck this time!

A little water color, a little gel medium, some ultra matte gel, a rubber stamp, some glitter...
Oh and the tag was made by Gwen (thank you!).

OK Monica, you wanted photos of fruit. A few days ago we visited a walled garden at a country house, where they had apple trees trained against the walls.
"A is for Apple". Now how about "B is for Berries" anyone?

Here's a LO with a picture of the fruit about halfway formed on our Pomegranate tree. This was last November. The tree should start to blossom any day now with this years crop and then we'll get a harvest in December. It is a really cool tree. Grows like a Forsythia (sp?) with big long whips that bend over like a fountain.

I'm really glad you posted this challenge Monica. I printed out these photos last week and could not decide what to do with them. I had already done a "cool blue" layout, so "yummy citrus" seemed a brilliant idea!

One of the things I love about South Fork - every Friday morning from 8-12 there is a Farmer's Market in the parking lot of the Visitor's Center.....I finally remembered to take my camera this morning. Now to figure out how to print these all as small photos to put in a Maze book or a Squash book......7 photos in all.......2 post

Thanks for looking......and btw.....it's all great....The Amish women bake great pies, breads, etc......we buy them every week making it difficult to continue losing weight.....but I'm still losing :-)

Wow, those farmer's market photos are great and they reminded me that I have some photos from my trip to Seattle a few weeks ago--I was able to get in a walk around one of my favorite places--the Pike Street Market. The fruits and veggies are usually beautifully displayed they and they change with the seasons.
