October 2012 Scrapbook Challenge
Re: October 2012 Scrapbook Challenge
Here is my entry. I used 2 different stamps for the background and also a stencil with texture paste I added color to. I don't really like that frame around Ashley but I'm afraid if I try to take it off it will ruin the photo. So a dilemna.....

At the moment it is, I do have the original on my CPU, might have to have another one made if it bugs me too bad.

It's a pretty layout but I see what you mean about the frame. What did you fasten it down with?
is it a professionally printed photo or did you print it at home? I've found that the real photos can take quite a bit of abuse depending on what type of adhesive was used on it.

Re: October 2012 Scrapbook Challenge
I had it professionally printed, and the adhesive was already on the back of the frame, I might try taking it off, I can always get another printed.mpizzazz wrote:It's a pretty layout but I see what you mean about the frame. What did you fasten it down with?

Re: October 2012 Scrapbook Challenge
I wonder if freezing it or using a heat gun would impact the adhesive (make it brittle or easier to peel off?).
If it annoys you, you'll never be happy with it.

Thanks for the idea Pam. I heated it on the back side with a heat gun and it came over perfectly!! No sign it was ever there. Thanks for the hint.pamcook wrote:I wonder if freezing it or using a heat gun would impact the adhesive (make it brittle or easier to peel off?).
