Went down to the big 50% off day at the Goodwill with Diana. Found a few things to upcycle. A cute little curio house, a dress form (could be my next pao doll--yep sign ups will be coming soon) and an organizer that looks like it will be perfect for an ink station. It will hold 24 Distress inks. I spent a whole $4.50 on these 3 items. Pretty good score.

We had a great time - I didn't pick up those kinds of items, but found a great love seat hide-a-bed for my other mobile just 2 days prior to the tenants moving in.....

I do thank Rachelle for going with me as I've never been much on Goodwill stores but she may have turned me into a Thrift store shopper....now to find time to go

Well, after spending yesterday doing a big organize and clean up of my desk, I found some inspiration. I decided to tackle the ink station 'cause I wanted to use it badly. DH drilled out the slots for my blending tools (which I now need more of), I painted and covered the sides with some Graphic 45 paper. Love the fact that it has room for all my Distress inks and the blending tools, plus a little shelf to store my gelatos and a few stamps I might be using at the time.

I think my favorite part of it is that you have a place to store the ink applicators. That's a problem around here since Ghost loves them.
