March 2013 Card Sketch Challenge

Well, here I am, late as usual. Sorry, gals, but I can never seem to see the next month coming until it hits me in the face. Anyway, here is a sketch I prepared for this challenge. I'm sure it's something I saw somewhere on the web but I can't begin to say where. Not taking credit here, is what I'm saying. My card sample will follow. Hope you like the sketch and will play along. I think it's a fun one.

And here is my sample card. I made this using the March Simon Says Stamp card kit and my Darcie's All Ears Stamp set. I don't think I'm usually into cute stamps but this set just caught my heart. The sentiments are adorable, also. Thanks for looking. Hope to see you playing along.

Aww Jen...it is adorable, all cutsie aside. I may have to use this for a cutsie card too for my grandson. I've gone a wee bit cutsie myself and I get to blame it on Nathaniel who turned one last month. It's a great excuse, LOL.

Really like the patterned paper piecing which would be great for any kind of card. Love those colors.

Here's my card for the sketch, I have this girl bunny and a boy bunny from ages ago (D.O.T.S. stamps) and keep them incase I ever have grandchildren This one is for my sister's little neighbor Miss Madi who I get to see once a year, she's so cute and I think she likes getting her own mail!

I need to do this!! I still have the ones I started for February's challenge sitting on my desk half-done because I haven't found the stamp phrases to finish them yet. Well, I'll be late, but as soon as I get my UMs all mounted I'll be doing this month's and last month's, which will get me caught up.
