I received my really awesome postcard from Monica today!!!

Playing with an older piece. I originally painted this poppy in one of my older journals. Decided to play with it digitally.

Yesterday was my dad's birthday - he would have been 89. Since I was thinking about him all day, I decided to do an art journal page in his honor.

Here are a few of my journal pages so far from Germany. Wasn't sure where to post them for camp but this looks like a good place. They really are a 'jumble'.

This was just your basic wood clock that my dad had in his garage (I forgot to take a before picture ) I painted it, grunged it up a bit and put some TH paper on it and I now have a cool clock for my newly decorated guest/craft overflow room (once known as my oldest son's room) .

Sue, I love it but I can't figure out what it is!

I like to keep you all guessing. Actually, I really don't know what it was either - the best description is a wooden bucket with legs.

Here's another view of what it was. The blue tape was there because I was going to paint it and then remembered to take a picture first.

A couple of layouts for CS Camp. I really scored some cool stuff from shutting down my dad's office. In addition to enough paper towels, band aids, gauze strips, tissue tape (yep tape I can stamp on) and ace bandages for a lifetime, I got these cool glass apothecary bottles, 2 thicknesses of cork, a cool little box to hold paintbrushes and water and his plastic foot (don't know what that'll turn into, but I couldn't throw it away)

I call this Industrial Patriotic. And yes, it's also for Jen's sketch challenge and entered in the July challenge thread... I'm a multi-tasker with these puppies!!

I had a friend over yesterday and we did journals with composition notebooks. My DDIL informed me Sara wanted a journal. So I did a journal for her and her favorite colors are orange & pink. I hope she likes this. We will see the kids next week and I can't wait.
