Week 4 - Summertime Challenge
Week 4 - Summertime Challenge
"The Living is Easy" is your theme this week.
Think documenting a pretty new sundress or swimsuit with a photo of YOU on the page, lounging by the pool or on a boat at the lake, or floating in a kayak while bird watching, or enjoying your newly re-stained deck, or sitting by your fire ring, chilling in the stands at a baseball game, reading a book on your deck (more likely in the recliner in the AC at my house!), walking in a summer rain, or even moving into your new craft space in the garage.
Don't have photos for this theme? Go take some. My guess is you're short on photos of yourself and short on layouts about yourself anyway.

Good point, Debi. I have a selfie stick - which I've never used.nchoney wrote:or maybe sitting in the back yard with the dog... LOL .... time to practice with a selfie stick, maybe?

I fully intended to get pictures of Joel & me today. "Oppressive humidity" would have been the title.
Used these instead. I do love being on a beach. Being with my grandkids is icing. Scraplifted from a page by Wendy Antenucci.

Very nice, Pam. And a good memory to scrapbook.
Re: Week 4 - Summertime Challenge
Two more from the same day. BTW this was 12/21/2016. Not summer.

Beautiful layouts, Pam. For some reason, I really like the gold flamingos.

cute layouts
Re: Week 4 - Summertime Challenge
Guess I could have taken a photo of myself with Kindle or Nook in hand, but this was more fun. Love the cover art, and I have to give the kid a good plug.
Although I read the original drafts and suggested story changes, I haven't yet read the final edit. I'm looking forward to re-reading these this summer, along with his other two. This series was mostly written as a quick read and tongue in cheek - not his more serious work but a fun read.

My oldest son, Jim. He currently has 5 books listed on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and another site that I can't remember the name of (ignore the grammar, please). Now if only Chris would use his talent to try to earn a living.

Pam P, cool layout and I've just bought a couple ebooks from Amazon.

Please write a review. He needs the good "press."
The Dread Lords books are my favorites. Much more serious in tone and, to me, a much better story. I read and edited the original several years ago but he sat on it forever. Now he's had a fire lit under his behind and is writing like a maniac.
