Those rainy day layout papers are perfect. Glad the umbrella man had an outing in Italy!
Re: Italian Lakes Album
I think the Umbrella Man might feature fairly often!mpizzazz wrote:Those rainy day layout papers are perfect. Glad the umbrella man had an outing in Italy!
Re: Italian Lakes Album, ongoing saga.
The rain cleared away overnight and we enjoyed the warm sunny morning at this attractive lakeside town. All beautifully kept and very up-market!

Re: Italian Lakes Album
Very pretty! Kathryn, do you print your digital layouts, bind them in a photobook, or something else?
Re: Italian Lakes Album
Yes, Keitha, I print the layouts 8x8 and then put them in post-bound albums.Keitha wrote:Very pretty! Kathryn, do you print your digital layouts, bind them in a photobook, or something else?

The Borromean Islands in Lake Maggiore are really beautiful, and just a short boat trip from Stresa. That upturned boat made a great display stand for pots of plants. I used digital kits from Daisy Trail.

Such beauty, you are doing a wonderful job documenting this trip.

I loved these tile pictures that we found decorating the front steps of a shop. The peacock feathers are from the CS Jazz digi kit.

Re: Italian Lakes Album
What a wonderful trip. It appears to be a great way to travel, you get to see so much more with stops all along the way. Keep them coming, I'm living vicariously.
Re: Italian Lakes Album
This is the most amazing statue, absolutely huge with spiral stairways inside. Auguste Bartholdi who designed the Statue of Liberty visited it to get ideas for constructing his statue.
Back at the lake, we had a boat trip, viewing the swish villas and little lakeside towns.
As for the bride and groom, we haven't a clue. They just appeared with a photographer, strode onto the ferry, posed for a few shots, then walked off!
