largest container ship, made it's first stop in the
New York/New Jersey area. Bridges had been raised
and shipping lanes deepened to allow for the passage
of this huge ship, it's 3 1/2 football fields long, and holds
over 16,000 shipping containers. Instead of being guided by
tug boats through the waters this ship needs to be piloted
by a skilled Captain. My daughter's friend's husband was chosen
to pilot the ship through the Kill Van Kull to it's berth at the
Elizabeth Marine Terminal in New Jersey. He was able to bring
his wife and daughter along for the experience and the wife
wanted to have the occasion commemorated with a page that
she could frame, of course it took two pages, good thing Michael's
is having a sale

Pages and embellishments are a mixture of Club Scrap and 49th
and Market and I purchased the tug boat die cut on Ebay
