Foam Mounting Tape

I recently saw a bit of a conversation on FB about a foam mounting tape that someone had purchased from Amazon that was comparable to the Scotch. Unfortunately I can't remember whose site I saw it on. Did anyone happen to see that and if so do you remember what the tape was?? I'm in the middle of making 40 cards and am running out of mounting tape verrrrry quickly. I can order more of the Scotch but if there's something that's cheaper and on larger rolls I'm all in.

I don't know about Amazon but I've bought the large roll of black foam tape from Michael's, the Recollections brand, and it's worked perfectly. I imagine the white one would work just as well.

I think I found it. Tatuo - 2 rolls of 50' for $9.99. I ordered 2 of them. Also ordered the big Scotch roll. I have 31 more cards to make and am running out!

I get mine from A Cherry On Top - 1/2" x 36 yards for $9.99. I highly recommend it.

I bought 6 or 8 rolls years ago at the flea market. I’ll use about any brand unless it’s too thick (tall?). I don’t like the kind that’s too thick.

I *think* that this is 1/16" thick. Pretty sure that's what I read. All I know is that I have 220' of it coming and 36' of the Scotch. That should keep me going for a while.

Both brands came today so I was able to do a quick comparison.

The Tatuo is 1/2" wide. The Scotch is 3/4". Both are the same thickness; both are double sided adhesive. The biggest difference other than the width is that I have 200' of one for less than the price of 35' of the other. I'm not going to miss that 1/4" at all.

EDIT: Found it! Now if I could only find an ink refill of Versa Fine Black Onyx.
