What a great journal - mini scrapbook. So many memories and put together beautifully

We went to a "Polish" store in Toledo recently, and bought frozen humongous sized pierogi.Have not tried them yet, but a fellow customer said they were very good.

I liked that there were so many other interesting fillings in Poland, not just the usual potato. I hope they are good.
