12 Tags of Christmas (2007)
Re: 12 Tags from 2007
Great tags, Rachelle! I didn't even attempt any last year, but I do intend to try them all in January.

Beautiful tags Rachelle!!
And Monica, if you ever want to do the 2007 tags, he has them listed on the right hand side of his blogs, so you can attempt whatever ones interest you![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
I've only done the one, but I think I might try more this week.
I seem to be really addicted to these tags!! Especially since I can make them out of file folders!!!!![Boing :greenbounce:](./images/smilies/smiley-face-bouncing-007.gif)

These tags are wonderful to see. I really like all the ideas and being able to substitute with what we have.

I'm still waiting on supplies so I can finish the last one! Darn TH anyway for aiding and abetting our spending habits.

Re: 12 Tags from 2007
Here's three Tim tags I made before this year. The fragments one is Day 12 from 2007. The tree one is a variation on Day 3. "Believe" is actually a variation of his October challenge tag. I just added a second scan with a tag I found among my last year's Christmas cards. It's a combination of Day 3 and Day 11. As a bit of serendipity, it as the number 25 on it, so I'm going to pop it inwith my other tags, which end at Day 24!

Rinda AWESOME!!
Re: 12 Tags from 2007
Those are wonderful, Rinda! I haven't started 2007 yet, but I want to now that I am getting inspired.
Re: 12 Tags from 2007
I found my tags from last year and I did five of them. As best I can figure out they are
from left to right:
Day 2-embossed snowflakes as a resist then smooshed in inks
Day 3-Using different colored Distress Embossing Powders to color an image
Day 5-Alcohol Inked background
Day 6-Walnut ink and pearl ex mister over mask
Day 11 on the bottom-Crackle paint The difference I see in the 2008 tags is that there are more embellies this year using the new products. Otherwise, a lot of the background techniques for both years are the same.

Those are beautiful, Marianne. I printed 2007 instructions yesterday and I noticed, as you mentioned, that the backgrounds are very similar. This year's are much more detailed than most of last years-many of 2007 printed in 2-4 pages. This year's are all 10+ pages (I print 2 column format with .5" borders). If anybody wants copies of my Word files for them, I can send them if you pm me. (2007 or 2008)

Marianne! I love them!!

Here's a card I did using the Day 4 technique (custom stamp pad). Tricia also demo'd this technique withe the snowman stmap a couple years ago.
